Food Friends

COVID-19 has hit the hospitality industry hard, however there are still opportunities. The focus of the Food Friends project is to give women the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the catering and hospitality sector by increasing participants’ confidence and offering accredited training and softer skills. We will build on the cooking skills the women have gained at home and support them to gain qualifications to be able to pursue employment or volunteer opportunities in catering and hospitality or establish their own social enterprise.
